PLUGIN 2D
2D programs enable even the least experienced to make items by correctly positioning the various actuators and reducing the pattern uploading to a few clicks.
PLUGIN 3D
3D Plugin will also be available, which will enable the textile item to be viewed three-dimensionally and in real time before it is knitted, by adapting it to the selected template with no extra time lost in the design stage.
PREDICTIVE
As of 2025, 2D and 3D Predictive Artificial Intelligence, combined with 2D Orion and 2D iPolaris, will also enable the designer to automatically manage the actuators that determine the width, length and compression of the item in order to achieve the desired dimensions according to yarn and processing. On top of that, Predictive supports 3D Plugin in product simulation with realistic rendering.
ARCADIA
The Arcadia, which was designed to optimise the production of hosiery and knitting mills, will also be launched on the market in 2025. Arcadia monitors machine stops and efficiency, the number of items produced, and is even capable of recording the movements of actuators such as solenoid valves and stepper motors. It calculates the energy consumed by certain motors and that consumed for each item produced as well as instantly managing messaging for system alerts.
