This system is based on a comprehensive framework of rules, principles, and processes that regulate the corporate governance structure, the functioning of corporate bodies, and the effectiveness of internal control systems.

Within this framework fall, among others, the Code of Ethics, the set of corporate procedures and organizational safeguards, as well as the Organizational, Management and Control Model adopted pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. 231/2001.
