International market penetration represents 90 per cent of the annual turnover and sales take place all over the world. All emerging countries are \u201cinvaded\u201d by Lonati machines. First of all, Turkey, where European production has been progressively relocated, but also the emerging economies of India and Pakistan, as well as China, which for a long time would represent a considerable, unprecedented pool of customers, backed by growth and development that transformed the world economy, forcing also the Lonati Group to seek increasingly innovative solutions to face the subsequent fierce Chinese competition.
In spite of a huge export network, in the more than 70 countries being served, customer service is always first-class, in line with the company\u2019s reputation for highest product quality and excellence in external relations. The first Italian company to produce hosiery machines, Santoni was established in 1919 and joined the Lonati Group in 1989. Thanks to a Tiberio Lonati intuition, SANTONI is the leader in the production of electronic circular machines for seamless garments and meets 97% of the worldwide demand for seamlesswear machines for the different clothing sectors: underwear, sportswear, beachwear, outerwear and medicalwear, up to the recent conquest of the knitted outerwear sector. The footwear sector was added in 2018, with the production of circular machines for shoe uppers. The company has an in-house training centre, the SANTONI SCHOOL, aimed at educating technicians and operators on hardware and software technology. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
